I can say something about United Kingdom

The first lesson this year is about the United Kingdom. I have to write two paragraphs about this nation.
The United Kingdom is formed by four different countries
-Wales
-England
-Scotland
-Northern Irland

 The United Kingdom is a parliament democracy and a Constitutional morchy, with Elishabeth II, the Queen, as a head of States.
